Michael Montgomery - President

Michael is the owner and founder of Picture This Productions. After studying classical music and electronics, Michael became excited about the Internet and multimedia which immersed him into video & music production and it's role on the Internet. His enthusiasm translates into extraordinary interactive user interfaces, Flash Web site introductions, multimedia communications and design enhancements. He has worked with a broad range of clients. Being involved with all aspects of internet marketing, web technology and design, including eCommerce design, logos, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web system integrations, Michael is well suited to devise a fresh marketing strategy for your web based design & technology projects.

Michael is also an Adjunct Instructor at Capital Community College in Hartford where he teaches Web Design, Adobe Photoshop & Flash, and Mac & PC Computer Concepts. He lives with his family in Newington Connecticut where he is the Marketing Chairperson of the Newington Chamber of Commerce and is on the Newington Waterfall Festival committee.

Maura Beaudreault - Designer / Photographer / Marketing

An experienced marketing communications professional with a creative mind and superior eye for detail, Maura knows how to transform concept into creation. A natural explorer and travel enthusiast, she approaches each project with passion and perseverance with the enthusiasm to reveal the final product.

With an English degree from the University of Massachusetts, another stretch of academia at Central Connecticut State University in Graphic Design and several years in Corporate Marketing, Maura has the skill set and expertise to capture the essence of any message.



Aileen Casey - Designer / Illustrator

Although I currently live in Connecticut, I’m a Jersey Girl through and through! I have a B.A. in Art from Montclair University, and for the past 20 years I’ve worked as an illustrator, graphic designer, print and direct mail production manager and marketing manager within the financial services and publishing industries in New York City, Philadelphia and Hartford, Connecticut. Whew!

As a young girl, my parents learned quickly that being sent to my room was no punishment for bad behavior - I could spend hours there drawing characters and crafting little stories about their lives. From the time I can remember, I wanted to be an artist and although my entire family excelled at the performing arts, I just wanted to draw.

I love a good book (I read about 5 at the same time); I’m addicted to magazines (have you read Hi Fructose?) and find that although they are not fashionable any more, tube socks are the greatest invention of all time. When I’m not in the studio, I’m hanging out at the Jersey Shore with my family or am in a little town called Gilman, Vermont with my husband Scott, daughter Jade-Su and crazy dog “Lady GG”.

Bill Phillips - Designer

Bill has tremendous experience with Web & Print design, as well as brand identity design. He has worked with many corporate clients to maintain the uniformity of their literature and web presence. His creative designs helped bring good things to life for General Electric and make the York Peppermint Pattie more sensational.

As an Industrial Designer, Bill specializes in getting companies noticed. Bill has been the recipient of many design awards for Packaging, Corporate Identity, Product, Brochure, Collateral, and Merchandising Display design.
